How We Work
A Decade of Builds Made to Last
Assessments
The first stage in our step-by-step procedure begins with assessing the extent of your project. We can schedule a visit to your property or space in the GTA to talk about your plans and visions. We also offer virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet. An assessment will give you a better understanding of how much your project will cost, how long it will take, and how your vision and ideas can all come together. Make a list of all your inquiries, organize them according to your priority and collect images representing your design idea, then give us a call immediately.
Planning & Estimation
This involves reviewing your initial assessment with a North Construction Inc. Certified Designer and providing a cost-efficient estimate of how much the project would cost you. In this stage, we help you determine how your project objectives and design ideas can be realized. We urge our clients at this stage to provide any further inspirational images from Houzz, Pinterest, Instagram, and other magazine sources.
Design Collaboration
After the selection of the design concept, we sit down with our clients to choose a final design plan with their chosen specifications. We also examine how certain materials and designs can best be used in each supplied concept. Online access will be provided to our clients so that they can view, update, and add information as needed. We will also provide a list and images of material selections and material evaluations. We also give the concept documents and final specifications with 3D renderings of the project. When everything is approved, we will get our client a complete set of building requirements that explain the scope of the work that has to be done, together with a picture of your project that looks like a 3D rendering and an updated expense breakdown.
